Job Overview We are seeking an experienced, energetic and strategic Child Care Center Director to lead our center with passion and professionalism. This role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring educational excellence, managing staff, and maintaining compliance with all regulations. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, management expertise, and a deep commitment to childhood development. Responsibilities Provide visionary leadership to create a positive, engaging environment for children, families, and staff Implement curriculum plans that promote early childhood development and learning standards Manage center operations including budgeting, staffing, and resource allocation to ensure efficiency and quality service Lead staff selection, supervision, professional development facilitation, and performance evaluations Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to early childhood education and childcare licensing Collaborate with families to foster strong relationships and address individual needs effectively Requirements At least two years of verifiable experience as Director of a PA Keystone STAR 4 child care center. Verified Level B+ or above on the PA Career Pathway Current PA Director's Credential Strong background in curriculum implementation, classroom management, and educational compliance Proficient in managing various child care related software systems.
