You are a culture champion and will lead and personify our culture.Interacting with all levels of team members, this unique and fast-paced role will provide a challenging opportunity for the right person who strives to increase their expertise and knowledge base of Human Resources. If you love to support with empathy, solve problems, and come up with team member centric solutions, keep reading!A Typical DayProvide ongoing support and fast response to all employee relations inquiries that require deep subject matter knowledge (employee complaints, investigations, employee counseling and leadership coaching, leave of absence, exit interviews, etc.)Serve as a primary contact, for team members on all HR related questions (all benefits, payroll, and employee relations)Perform thorough investigations in a timely mannerLead a variety of projects and initiatives (culture events, wellness programs, HR reports, implementations, process improvement, etc.)Lead and facilitate through change management processUtilize HRIS (Ceridian Dayforce) and work management tracking tool (Jira) into day-to-day activitiesProvide recruiting support for the Encompass team as needed including sourcing, interviewing, hiring events and onboarding talentAssist Human Resources Team with special projects and initiativesTo Land This OpportunityYou share our values – Safety, Integrity, Community, Passion, Courage, and Innovation resonate with you.You have 3 +years of Human Resources experience in a fast-paced environmentYou are an Employee Relations expert and are able to handle investigations, manager and team member coaching, performance management and difficult conversations situations with easeYou love to support team members within a distribution center environmentYou can adapt to and drive change in a fast-paced environment, helping others move through the change curveYou are self-driven and have a detail-oriented mindsetYou have a passion for tackling challenges head-onYou thrive in fast-past environmentYou are a 5-star communicator, connect easily with others, and follow up timely with team member requestsYou are an Excel pro, spreadsheets tell stories to you and help you formulate a planYou are willing to be on-site Monday-Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pmAt Encompass, we value transparency and are committed to ensuring our team members feel appreciated and supported.
