Your work will impact production tooling, equipment reliability, and new product introductions while collaborating with engineering, operations, and facilities teams. This is an onsite role working first shift, Monday–Friday with flexible start times (6:00am–4:30pm window).Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the TeamProvide expertise to develop and improve engineering solutions for manufacturing new and existing productsCreate, upgrade, monitor, and maintain production tools, equipment, and limited infrastructureUse established procedures to analyze issues, make judgments, and implement solutionsExchange technical information clearly and verify understanding with stakeholdersSupport facilities and equipment maintenance as neededWork within standardized procedures, requirements, and safety policies to meet objectives and deadlinesMaintain organized records of work performed and exercise independent judgment on matters of significanceBe available for occasional nights, weekends, variable schedules, and additional hours as necessaryHere's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This RoleMinimum 5–7 years of relevant experienceFactory / machine shop equipment maintenance experience (high need)Advanced fabrication and assembly skills including MIG/TIG welding and sheet metal workAdvanced knowledge of industrial systems: electrical, plumbing, mechanical, high-pressure compressed gas, hydraulic, and pneumatic systemsAbility to identify problems, formulate solutions, and execute themAbility to create and maintain project timelines, priorities, and goalsAble to read, follow, and create documents, schematics, and blueprintsEffective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skillsVocational training, apprenticeship, or equivalent experience in a related fieldHigh school diploma or equivalentHere's What Else Might Help You OutProficiency in Microsoft Office and CAD toolsDemonstrated teamwork, role-model behavior, and ability to promote positive changePay Range$32.00 - $40.00/hourReady to Make Your Mark?This role may fill quickly.
