Ops Specialist- Project Analyst- Funds Transfer

Role Overview
The Operations Project Analyst will support the Funds Transfer Project Team , assisting with various phases of project execution. Daily responsibilities will vary and may include testing preparation, user testing, defect identification and resolution, implementation support, and reporting. The role requires accuracy, timeliness, and collaboration to ensure project objectives are met efficiently.
Prior experience with the project life cycle is beneficial but not required.

The role requires accuracy, timeliness, and collaboration to ensure project objectives are met efficiently.

Key Responsibilities People & Collaboration
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with team members and internal stakeholders
- Respond effectively to project team needs while proactively preventing issues
- Communicate professionally and constructively with all team members
- Participate in all phases of Funds Transfer projects, including:
- Requirements gathering
- Design
- Testing
- Implementation
- Identify, escalate, and communicate defects promptly and appropriately
- Ensure testing scripts are executed accurately and within required timeframes

- Represent the Funds Transfer team in cross-departmental projects as required
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
