This includes fund setup and launch, ongoing maintenance and change management, and fund restructuring or termination. The role requires close collaboration with investment teams, operations, compliance, legal, finance, and technology, as well as external service providers such as fund administrators, auditors, legal counsel, custodians, and prime brokers.
