You see the results of your work—and the commissions—immediately. The Floor: A high-energy, professional Manhattan office. This is for people who thrive on a closing floor, not a quiet cubicle. Ongoing Support: You aren't on an island. We provide continuous on-the-floor support, real-time deal structuring, and a collaborative environment where senior closers help you bridge the gap from "applicant" to "funded." The Compensation We aren't looking for "base salary seekers," but we provide a professional structure. We offer a base salary to ensure you’re focused, but the real upside is the uncapped commission. Average Earners: $12k – $15k / month. Top Producers (closers): $25k – $45k+ / month. Who You Are We are looking for a very specific "type."
