Fund Strategy Specialists support investment and platform leadership by shaping and evaluating fund-level strategies across fundraising, capital deployment, portfolio construction, and performance management. Key Responsibilities

• Support development and refinement of fund strategies, structures, and investment mandates

• Analyze market trends, investor demand, and competitive fund positioning

• Assist with capital deployment planning, pacing models, and portfolio construction frameworks

• Evaluate fund performance relative to stated objectives, benchmarks, and peer groups

• Support fund lifecycle activities including launch, scaling, and wind-down planning

• Prepare strategy materials for internal leadership, investment committees, and stakeholders

• Conduct scenario analysis to assess fund-level risks, returns, and capital efficiency

• Collaborate with capital formation teams on fund positioning and messaging

• Build and maintain analytical tools, dashboards, and reporting for fund strategy insights

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field

• Strong interest in fund strategy, alternative investments, and long-term capital planning

• Foundational understanding of fund structures, private markets, and investment vehicles

• Experience or coursework in investment strategy, portfolio construction, or fund analytics (preferred but not required)

• Strong analytical, modeling, and problem-solving skills
