Fund Strategy Analysts support investment leadership and portfolio managers by analyzing fund performance, evaluating strategic initiatives, and assisting with portfolio construction and capital allocation decisions. The role blends quantitative analysis, market research, and strategic thinking to help shape fund-level investment direction.

Key Responsibilities Analyze fund performance, portfolio attribution, and risk-adjusted returns across strategies
Support portfolio construction, asset allocation, and rebalancing analysis
Conduct market, macroeconomic, and asset-class research to inform strategy decisions
Evaluate new investment strategies, products, or fund structures
Build and maintain analytical models, dashboards, and tools for fund-level insights
Monitor risk exposures, scenario analysis, and stress testing at the portfolio level
Assist in preparing investment committee materials and strategic presentations
Track industry trends, peer performance, and competitive benchmarks
Support strategic planning initiatives related to capital deployment and fund positioning
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field
Strong understanding of investment management, portfolio theory, and fund structures
Experience or coursework in asset allocation, portfolio analysis, or investment research (preferred but not required)
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Python, R, SQL, or VBA is a plus
Ability to synthesize complex data into clear strategic insights
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively in collaborative, fast-paced environments
Strong interest in investment strategy, portfolio construction, and capital markets
