Private Capital Strategy Analysts support investment, fundraising, and business development teams by providing strategic insights into private capital markets, fund performance, and investor behavior. Key ResponsibilitiesConduct market research and competitive analysis on private capital funds, investors, and portfolio companies

Prepare presentations, reports, and strategic recommendations for internal teams and senior management
Support fundraising, investor targeting, and capital introduction strategies
Identify market opportunities, inefficiencies, and potential growth areas for investment or fundraising initiatives
Assist with ad-hoc strategic projects, scenario analysis, and market benchmarking
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
Strong understanding of private capital markets, fund structures, and investment strategies
Advanced analytical and research skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with SQL, Python, or data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills for reports, presentations, and stakeholder engagement
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
