Once verified, analysts can begin earning immediately by supporting live strategic capital initiatives across our network.

Role Overview

Initio Sphere is seeking qualified finance professionals to join as Certified Capital Strategy Analysts .

This is not a traditional employment role . Capital Strategy Analysts operate as independent contractors , activated through Initio Sphere’s certification and verification process.

Once approved, Capital Strategy Analysts:

• Are promoted within the Initio Sphere platform

• Gain access to paid capital strategy and transaction planning work

• Support investors, fund managers, and operators on capital structuring and strategic finance initiatives

• Build a verified deal and strategy track record with an Analyst Rating Score

Certification tiers:
Senior Capital Strategy Analyst · Lead Capital Strategy Analyst · Capital Strategy Analyst / Associate

Analyst Levels & Pay RangesSenior Capital Strategy Analyst

• Rating Score: 90–100

• Pay: $150–200/hour

• Typical Background:
  Former investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, capital advisory, or senior consulting professionals with 5+ years of experience

Lead Capital Strategy Analyst

• Rating Score: 80–89

• Pay: $100–150/hour

• Typical Background:
  Finance professionals with 3–5 years of experience in capital planning, transaction structuring, or advanced financial modeling

Capital Strategy Analyst / Associate

• Rating Score: 60–79

• Pay: $50–100/hour

• Typical Background:
  Entry to mid-level analysts with strong financial analysis, modeling, and strategic thinking capabilities

What You’ll Do (Approval-Based)

Depending on certification approvals, Capital Strategy Analysts may be engaged in the following areas:

Capital Strategy & Structuring

• Capital structure optimization analysis

• Equity vs. debt financing strategy evaluation

• Growth, recapitalization, and exit strategy analysis

• Scenario-based capital planning

• Investor return and dilution analysis

Financial Modeling & Valuation

• 3-statement financial models

• DCF, LBO, and recapitalization models

• Commercial real estate underwriting (where applicable)

• Sensitivity and scenario analysis

• Comparable company and precedent transaction analysis

• Football field valuation summaries

Strategic Due Diligence & Investment Support

• Quality of Earnings (QoE) analysis support

• Strategic and financial diligence

• Risk assessment and capital downside analysis

• Investment committee and capital strategy memo support

Analysts may only perform work in categories they are explicitly approved for .
Approvals are earned through assessment and demonstrated performance—not tenure.

How Analysts Start Earning

1. Complete the Capital Strategy Analyst Certification Assessment or approved training

2. Receive category-specific approvals (Capital Strategy, Modeling, Valuation, Due Diligence)

3. Get verified on the Initio Sphere platform

4. Begin earning immediately through hourly strategic finance projects and live deal work

No cold applying. No unpaid “experience.”
Verified analysts are actively promoted to investors, fund managers, and operators across the Initio Sphere ecosystem.

Certification & Eligibility

To qualify, candidates must meet at least one of the following:

• Score ≥70% in at least one category of the Analyst Certification Assessment

• Complete Initio Sphere Financial Training

• Hold an active professional credential (CFA, CPA, Series 7, 63, 79, or equivalent)

Analyst Rating Score

Each Capital Strategy Analyst receives a 0–100 Analyst Rating Score , which determines:

• Visibility on the platform

• Approved strategic and analytical work categories

• Recommended hourly compensation levels

Compensation & Deal Economics

• Analysts are independent contractors , not employees

• Hourly rates are determined by Rating Score and approval level

• Analysts may earn up to 10% of the first $100,000 in transaction fees

• Maximum deal-based earning: $2,500 per transaction

• Payments are issued only after successful deal completion and fee collection

• Initio Sphere reserves the right to revoke approvals for quality, performance, or compliance issues

Compliance Notice

Capital Strategy Analysts do not :

• Provide investment advice

• Solicit securities

• Represent Initio Sphere in a regulated or broker-dealer capacity

All work is limited to analytical, diligence, and strategic finance support functions and must comply with applicable securities laws.
