Job Description

• Input, verify, and release incoming and outgoing domestic and international payments of various currencies and book transfers in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Ensure proper procedures are followed to minimize loss to the Bank, while maintaining quality service.
• Perform funds approval function prior to completing payments.
• Monitor payment processing functions inclusive of repair, approval, messaging, NFS, fraud, risk and investigations.
• Ensure Compliance regulations are being met.
• Handle any previous day transactions that have been returned.
• Perform research related to wire transfer investigations as requested by customers and business units.
• Provide exceptional customer service within departments of the Bank.
• Report any system or operational problems to the First Vice President.
• Perform end-of-day system maintenance and balancing.
• Perform Disaster Recovery, testing for projects and upgrades, and additional duties as assigned.
• Reports directly to the Operations Manager.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Funds Transfer experience with strong knowledge of Fedwire, Chips, Swift and FX payments.
• Ability to work under strict deadlines.
• Able to work effectively in a multi-task, high-volume environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Adequate knowledge of MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• eGifts experience is a plus.
• Spanish speaking is a plus.

Compensation
The expected annual salary for this position is between $70,000 and $80,000 at the start of employment. A salary offer is determined on an individualized basis, taking into consideration factors such as an individual’s skills and experience. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package also includes eligibility for an annual bonus, medical, pharmacy, dental, and vision plans, life and disability insurance, employee wellness program, retirement and savings plans with employer contributions, generous holiday and paid time off schedules, parental leave, and tuition reimbursement.
