Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Medical Surgical/Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 1 year of Medical Surgical/Telemetry experience required License: Valid RN license required Certifications: BLS required, not expiring within 30 days of start Must-Have: EPIC experience required Description: We are seeking a Registered Nurse for a 13-week assignment. The position requires a minimum of one year of experience in Medical Surgical/Telemetry. General surgery experience is required, with a focus on urological and vascular surgical cases. The nurse will float within their scope of practice as needed. Four weekend shifts are required within the contract period. The patient ratio during night shifts is 1 nurse to 6 patients. Interdisciplinary support includes IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, social services, and pharmacy. Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to work in a collaborative team environment. No local candidates will be accepted. All applicants must comply with travel requirements. Blocked scheduling will not be accommodated. There will be no holiday time off allowed unless approved by the client. Applicants with only one DUI on record may be considered, provided it occurred more than one year ago. Travel history should not include previous positions at the specified facility to be eligible.
