The Total Rewards Specialist analyzes and supports the administration of compensation programs, including:
- Base pay
- Short- and long-term incentives
- Spot bonuses
- Commissions
- Awards
This role helps ensure compensation programs align with company objectives related to:
- Recruiting
- Retention
- Employee engagement
The Specialist works with compensation data, market benchmarks, job architecture, and pay structures to support informed pay decisions, program effectiveness, and compliance with applicable regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in compensation, total rewards, HR analytics, or a related field
- Understanding of compensation analytics, principles, and terminology
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, HRIS, and compensation technologies
Requirements
- Support compensation analysis by participating in salary benchmarking using market survey data and compensation tools
- Maintain pay structures by supporting the maintenance of job architecture and pay ranges
- Contribute to annual compensation cycles through collaboration on merit planning and bonus planning
- Ensure pay compliance by creating, updating, or reviewing job descriptions and job offers
- Prepare reporting and presentations by developing compensation reports and dashboards
- Support continuous improvement by contributing to compensation projects and process improvements

Location: Remote - This position may be performed remotely in states where the company is authorized to employ individuals.
Compensation: The expected starting base pay range for this position is $67,000 - $84,000, with full potential base salary range over a successful candidate’s tenure in the position of $67,000 - $101,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, and other job-related factors.
