You will partner with product owners, product leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders from ideation through execution to shape analytics product vision, validate opportunities, and define scalable solution approaches.Develop functional requirements, acceptance criteria, and detailed product specifications to communicate feature requirements to data science, engineering and stakeholder teams.Support engineering and data science teams to implement features by clarifying requirements, facilitating squad ceremonies, and helping technical team members ground on users and business needs.Manage product backlog, facilitate problem solving, scoping, and prioritization. Run day-to-day planning and ceremonies, and champion Agile practices. Clarify and coordinate dependencies with other teams and stakeholders.Champion a data-driven, and innovation-focused mindset with a strong commitment to product excellence and continuous improvement.Stay current on emerging trends in analytics, data platforms, AI/ML, and digital technologies, and identify opportunities to apply them across lines of business.Demonstrate strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills to influence decisions, build alignment, and drive adoption.Evaluate and introduce new tools, frameworks, and methodologies that improve analytics product delivery, insight generation, and innovation across teams.Required Qualifications7+ years' experience in Product Management or Technical Product Management role5+ years' experience running the day-to-day product execution with Data Science and/or Engineering teams on the ground3+ years' experience working with SMEs to uncover nuances in ambiguous business problems, operational processes3+ years' experience with stakeholder management3+ years' demonstrated ability to drive outcomes in complex environment2+ years' experience building capabilities that leverage AI, ML or other advanced analyticsPreferred QualificationsStrong verbal and written communication skillsSelf-starter interested in leveraging new AI tools and technologies to improve productivity and new ways of workingExcellence in prioritization and aligning senior stakeholders on a unified visionStrong Excel/SQL/analytics/Storytelling capabilityProven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle, especially in taking a product from concept through launchEducationBachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, Mathematics, Physics, Applied Sciences, Economics or a related quantitative fieldMaster's degree or MBA preferredPay Range$106,605.00 - $284,280.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
