100% Remote

The Senior Workforce Management Product Lead will lead the strategy, design, and global deployment of Workforce Management solutions, with a primary focus on Workforce Software (WFS), Time & Attendance, and integrations with Workday, payroll, and other enterprise systems. This role will partner closely with HR, Payroll, IT, Enterprise Architecture, business stakeholders, and external vendors to define requirements, design scalable processes, and ensure compliance with global labor and pay requirements.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and rollout of global Workforce Management solutions.
• Manage Workforce Software (WFS) projects, including Time & Attendance and pay rule configuration.
• Gather business requirements and help design effective Workforce Management processes.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and business teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Support integrations with Workday, ADP, Kronos/UKG, payroll, and other enterprise systems.
• Manage multiple country deployments, timelines, risks, and priorities.
• Work with vendors and implementation partners to ensure successful project delivery.
• Ensure solutions meet local labor, payroll, union, and Works Council requirements.
• Develop deployment plans, roadmaps, business cases, and project updates.
• Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to key stakeholders and leadership.
• Support change management and user adoption for new processes and systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve and standardize Workforce Management processes globally.

Qualifications :
- Ability to work flexible hours to support global teams and time zones.
- 5+ years Workforce Management experience

Must have Technical Skills:

• Ability to lead global deployments with minimal supervision
• Ability to manage multiple country deployments simultaneously
• ADP integration experience
• Change management experience
• Elevator, industrial, service, or union workforce experience
• Experience developing deployment roadmaps, business cases, and governance materials
• Experience with Works Council requirements
• Experience working with Enterprise Architecture and Integration teams
• Global payroll experience
• Global Time & Attendance expertise (i.e. Workday)
• HR and Payroll integration experience
• Kronos/UKG experience
• Labor compliance and pay rule configuration knowledge
• Manufacturing or field workforce experience
• Requirements gathering and process design leadership
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Vendor management experience
• Workday certification
• Workday Compensation experience
• Workday HCM experience
• Workforce Software certification
• Workforce Software (WFS) implementation experience
