The Stream Data Centers finance team is responsible for the controllership of each data center location as well as corporate expenses. We are responsible for forecasting and managing revenue, operating and capital expenses. We work very closely with our business partners out in the field as well as our internal property and corporate accounting teams. Passionate.Responsibilities:Report monthly spending, and forecast commitments against leasing/rent, operating expenses including headcount budgets, and capital expenses.Review and approve Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable items as well as preparing aging reports on a weekly/monthly basis to ensure proper cash flow is captured in a timely manner.Provide clear analyses on anomalies or changes in the portfolio to the currently forecasted plan. Support quarter, annual, and ad-hoc planning cycles using corporate goals, historical actual data, and future commitment data.Build, analyze, and audit capital draw reporting for JV partners and debt facilitators.Drive quarter, annual, and ad-hoc planning cycles using corporate goals, historical actual data, and future commitment data.Work closely with property accounting on monthly accruals and variance analysis.Partner with operations leaders to drive towards financial goals.Lead Continuous improvement activities on monthly reporting process to make it faster, more accurate, and provide new information.RequirementsBasic Qualifications:Ability to work from our Dallas Headquarters two to three times a week.1-3 years of experience in FP&A, finance, accounting, or a finance-supporting function1-3 years of experience with Accounts Payable and Accounts ReceivableExperience with Yardi, NetSuite, or other ERP platformsExperience handling large numbers of charges, contracts, and accountsStrong proficiency in Excel, including modeling and data analysisFamiliarity with contract payment termsStrong attention to accuracy and completenessHigh degree of comfort with P&L and Balance Sheet conceptsExperience working in a fast-paced environment with high levels of ambiguityPreferred Qualifications:1-3 years of experience with Property AccountingAdvanced Excel skills (ability to maintain complex spreadsheets)Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or economicsBenefitsHealth Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)Retirement Plan (401k, IRA)Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D)Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays)Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity)Short Term & Long Term DisabilityTraining & DevelopmentWellness ResourcesThe pay range for this role is between $80,000 – $100,000 (base). Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, location, and other job-related reasons.
