Missio Marketing is a marketing agency serving churches, nonprofits, Christian businesses, and businesses serving Christians. We are seeking a Performance Creative Production Specialist to produce and adapt advertising assets for a major client campaign across Google, Meta and programmatic advertising.The overall account will invest more than $100,000 per month across these channels. You will help turn approved creative direction, brand assets and messaging into polished, platform-ready ads—and produce new variations as the team learns what performs.

This is a hands-on production role focused on quality, speed and organized delivery.

Start Date: October 19, 2026

\n

End Date: January 1, 2027

\n

Arrangement: Fractional contract role

\n

Compensation: $80-$100 per hour

\n

Time Commitment: 10–20 hours per week; hours exceeding 20 per week require prior approval

\n

Retention Bonus: $5,000 if the client signs with Missio for 2027

\n

Reports To: VP of Client Experience & Operations

\n

Key Responsibilities Integrated Media Strategy & Performance \n

\n
• Develop the integrated media strategy, channel mix and spending plan around the client’s goals.
\n
• Establish performance targets, forecasts, budget pacing and testing priorities.
\n
• Monitor results across channels and recommend budget reallocations based on performance and business priorities.
\n
• Review campaign setup, targeting, tracking, creative testing and optimization decisions with platform specialists.
\n
• Resolve conflicting channel recommendations and keep the team aligned around shared outcomes.
\n
• Personally manage Google or Meta campaigns when aligned with your expertise and agreed scope.
\n

Account & Project Leadership \n

\n
• Own the master project timeline, deliverables, meetings, approvals and action items.
\n
• Coordinate onboarding and gather platform access, brand requirements, offers, audience information and historical performance data.
\n
• Manage dependencies across media buyers, creative contributors and tracking specialists.
\n
• Work with Operations Director to maintain Monday.com with clear owners, deadlines and next steps.
\n
• Identify risks early, communicate their impact and coordinate solutions.
\n
• Keep work within approved budgets and hours, requesting approval before exceeding 20 hours in a week.
\n

Client Communication & Reporting \n

• Lead client strategy and performance weekly meetings.
\n
• Deliver integrated reporting that connects channel results to business outcomes.
\n
• Explain performance trends, testing insights and recommended changes in clear, practical language.
\n
• Manage expectations around timelines, results and client responsibilities.
\n
• Build client confidence through proactive communication and consistent follow-through.
\n
• Support planning and recommendations for a potential 2027 engagement.
\n
