Who We Are Looking For:

\n

\n

We are looking for an ecommerce Paid Media Specialist who has experience managing large ad budgets across Meta and Google primarily. (Ideally over 1 million dollars USD per month). Additionally, if you experience using MTAs such as NorthBeam, incrementality testing tools, and MMM tools for data validation that is a major plus.

\n

\n

The candidate selected for this role would come in and manage the Meta, Google, and/or TikTok ad accounts for US based ecommerce brands. We have a lot of high-profile ecommerce clients that we work with and we are looking for a seasoned Paid Media Specialist who can produce high quality results for our clients.

The right candidate will be task-oriented, analytical, and willing to keep the team and ad accounts on pace to make sure we are meeting or exceeding client expectations. A self-starter who can see problems and go to work fixing them and not be just an order taker. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing Facebook Ads and Google Ads for US based ecommerce brands.

Must have a portfolio of work that demonstrates the results that you have been able to provide and the KPIs you have hit. Must also demonstrate your skills with creative testing through media buying on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok ads.

Responsibilities

\n

• Manage the Meta, Google, and/or TikTok ad accounts of US based ecommerce brands
\n
• Run ad campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok
\n
• Monitor ROAS, ad budgets, revenue, and core KPIs to optimize campaigns and achieve the desired results for our clients
\n
• Run profitable creative testing campaigns and identify trends to be able to communicate with the client what is working and what we should be creating more of
\n
• Create performance marketing reports for the accounts that you are managing to accurately display the analytics, results, and next steps
\n
• Strategize on ways to improve the overall marketing strategy for our brands to increase effectiveness
\n
• Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape, and market trends
\n

Qualifications & Experience

\n

\n
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field OR 3-4 years of experience OR alternative education experience (mentors or courses)
\n
• Prior experience working for an ecommerce brand or advertising agency is preferred
\n
• Must be proficient in Facebook & Google Ads management for ecommerce brands
\n
• Must be proficient in scaling ad budgets
\n
• Strong communication, conceptual thinking, and a hunger to always provide great results for our clients
\n
• Autonomous worker with an analytical mind
\n
• Portfolio of work, results, or case studies
\n
• You should be comfortable using some internal communication tools such as Monday.com, Google Drive, Zoom, and Slack for team meetings and to support other team members with any technical request. Experience with Monday.com or Asana is not required but please let us know if you have used it before or not.

• You should also be confident enough to push back on the leadership team and express your opinion if you think the ship is heading off course. We encourage that.

Base Salary Range:

\n

\n
• $5,000 - $10,000 USD per month
\n
