Commerce Media Specialist

Job Description

We’re partnering with a leading commerce agency to recruit across several levels within its growing retail media team.

These opportunities span digital commerce, retail media, and search, with a focus on driving eCommerce strategy, campaign performance, and business growth for clients across major retail platforms.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Developing and executing eCommerce and commerce media strategies across retailers and platforms, including Amazon, Walmart, Target, and Instacart.
\n
• Managing day-to-day client relationships, providing performance updates, actionable insights, and strategic recommendations.
\n
• Overseeing campaign performance, budgets, and key business metrics to drive sales, share, and profitability.
\n
• Identifying opportunities to improve results and deliver incremental value for clients.
\n
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions and support business growth.
\n
• Depending on the level, mentoring junior team members, leading account teams, and contributing to new business initiatives.
\n

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in digital commerce, retail media, paid search, or related fields.
\n
• Hands-on experience with platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, Target, Google, Bing, and other search partners.
\n
• Strong understanding of campaign management, budgets, performance metrics, and data-driven decision-making.
\n
• Experience managing client relationships and delivering against business objectives.
\n
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
\n
• A proactive, collaborative mindset with strong commercial acumen and a desire to drive results.
