About the Role

\n

We are hiring an experienced sales professional who knows how to close business.

\n

This is a senior, consultative B2B sales position , not a marketing execution, account management, or campaign strategy role. We are looking for a proven sales closer who can engage confidently with ecommerce founders, CEOs, and business owners, understand their business challenges, and convert opportunities into long term client relationships. Our ideal candidate combines exceptional sales ability with a strong understanding of ecommerce, digital marketing, and business growth.

You will work with our internal marketing specialists to develop compelling recommendations, but your primary responsibility is generating new revenue and closing new clients.

Key Responsibilities

\n

• Own the sales process from initial qualification and discovery through proposal, negotiation, and signed agreement.
\n
• Conduct consultative sales meetings with founders, CEOs, and senior executives.
\n
• Identify business challenges and translate them into opportunities for profitable growth.
\n
• Present digital marketing solutions that address client acquisition, conversion, retention, and profitability.
\n
• Work with our SEO, PPC, paid social, CRO, and marketing automation teams to develop proposals and recommendations.
\n
• Confidently overcome objections, negotiate agreements, and close new business.
\n
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through qualified inbound opportunities and proactive prospecting.
\n
• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and follow up activities.
\n
• Consistently achieve or exceed individual sales targets and revenue goals.
\n

Required Qualifications

\n

\n
• 7+ years of successful B2B consultative sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated success.
\n
• At least 3 years of experience closing complex, recurring revenue services or solutions.
\n
• A proven, measurable track record of personally closing deals and exceeding sales quotas.
\n
• Experience selling to business owners, founders, CEOs, and senior decision makers.
\n
• Strong discovery, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
\n
• Ability to understand financial and commercial metrics and communicate business value.
\n
• A self motivated, competitive, results oriented approach to sales.
\n
• Excellent communication skills and the confidence to lead executive level conversations.

Preferred Experience

\n

\n
• Sales experience at a digital marketing agency, ecommerce SaaS company, or business consulting organization.
\n
• Familiarity with Shopify and direct to consumer ecommerce businesses.
\n
• Understanding of Google Ads, Meta advertising, SEO, CRO, Klaviyo, and marketing attribution.
\n
• Experience selling monthly retainer agreements and recurring revenue solutions.
\n
• Familiarity with ecommerce metrics such as CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversion rates, and contribution margin.
\n
• Experience using CRM systems, sales intelligence tools, and AI to improve sales effectiveness.
\n

What Success Looks Like

\n

Success in this role is measured primarily by your ability to close new business and generate monthly recurring revenue. You will be expected to independently manage sales opportunities, build relationships with qualified prospects, deliver compelling business cases, and consistently turn opportunities into signed clients.
