We will hire a performance driven closer who is passionate about sales techniques. Must have experience selling SEO, paid ads, and website development services.

Position Summary

\n

The Digital Marketing Sales Manager will be fully responsible for developing new B2B revenue opportunities. This is a self starting, full cycle sales role requiring strong knowledge of digital marketing, a strategic mindset, and the ability to independently prospect, present, and close deals. As the sales department grows, this role offers the opportunity to recruit, lead, and manage a sales team, with additional performance based compensation tied to team success.

Key Responsibilities

\n

- Lead Generation and Sales Execution: Identify, prospect, and engage with businesses to present agency solutions across SEO, paid advertising, and website development.

\n

- Full Cycle Sales Ownership: Manage the complete sales process, from outreach and discovery to proposal, negotiation, and closing.

\n

- Relationship Management: Cultivate executive level relationships and become a trusted advisor to business owners, CEOs, and marketing leaders.

\n

- Consultative Selling: Understand the unique challenges of prospective clients and position our services (SEO, PPC, website development, branding, content, and more) as solutions that drive growth and revenue.

\n

- Revenue Growth: Own and exceed individual sales quotas and revenue targets.

\n

- Reporting: Provide regular reports on pipeline status, closed deals, revenue forecasts, and team metrics.

\n

\n

Sales Team Leadership (Future Scope)

\n

Once you have a proven track record as an individual contributor, the role can expand to:

\n

- Recruit and train additional sales representatives

\n

- Establish and oversee performance benchmarks and sales processes

\n

- Coach and support team members in prospecting and closing

\n

- Earn commission overrides based on team performance

\n

\n

Requirements

\n

- 3+ years of B2B sales experience in digital marketing, agency services, or related industries

\n

- Proven ability to independently generate and close new business opportunities

\n

- Strong understanding of SEO, paid ads (Google Ads, Meta, and more), and website development services

\n

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

\n

- Strong presentation and consultative sales approach

\n

- CRM and sales reporting proficiency

\n

- Leadership qualities with the ability and desire to build a high performing sales team

\n

- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

\n

\n

Preferred Qualifications

\n

- Experience selling to behavioral health, addiction treatment, or healthcare organizations is a major plus, but it is not required. Our Sales Academy will train you on the industry.

\n

- Prior experience managing or mentoring sales reps

\n

- Experience selling marketing agency services

\n

- Existing relationships with business owners, marketing leaders, or decision makers

\n

- Familiarity with marketing analytics, conversion tracking, and attribution

\n

- Agency or performance marketing sales background preferred

\n

Compensation

\n

- Base Salary: $60,000 to $100,000 (DOE)

\n

- Commission: 10% on all revenue generated and recurring business (no cap)

\n

- Team Override (Future Scope): Additional commission tied to sales generated by your team once built and managed

\n
