GoFormz is a field data capture and workflow platform that helps construction and energy companies replace paper and disconnected forms with digital workflows that run on the devices their crews already carry. Enterprise teams use GoFormz to capture data in the field, automate what happens next, and connect it to the systems their business runs on.

We're hiring a Digital Marketing Manager to be the execution engine of our marketing team. You'll take the strategy, content, and creative our team produces and get it out into the world every day, across social, email, web, ABM, and events.

This is a hands-on, mid-level role for someone who likes owning the systems and workflows that make marketing run. You'll sit between our content and digital functions and be the person who makes sure nothing good sits on the shelf. You'll work closely with our content lead, our campaigns and ABM lead, our events team, and our sales and partner teams, and you'll be the front door for marketing requests from across the company.

Social and content distribution

• Turn long-form content (blogs, guides, podcast episodes, video) into company social posts, images, and a consistent publishing schedule
\n
• Own promotion for our podcast and growing video library
\n

Email and marketing automation

\n
• Own email execution in Marketo: event follow-up, nurture programs, program and campaign emails
\n
• Build, test, and report on email programs and keep our automation clean and current
\n

Website

\n
• Project manage our website redevelopment and WordPress migration, serving as the day-to-day point of contact with our web agency and coordinating requirements across internal teams
\n
• After launch, own the ongoing agency relationship across web, SEO, and AI search optimization
\n
• Handle day-to-day site updates and blog publishing in-house
\n

Creative and project management

\n
• Serve as the liaison to our freelance writers and designers: prioritizing work, writing briefs, and tracking deadlines
\n
• Run intake and prioritization for marketing requests from Sales, SDRs, Partnerships, and Events
\n

ABM and lead operations

\n
• Build and maintain personalized Folloze boards for campaigns and active deals
\n
• Maintain intent signal tracking in Apollo and work with the team to act on hot accounts
\n
• Audit inbound leads daily and weekly, and partner with sales to keep Salesforce current and leads moving
\n

Events and paid media support

\n
• Build event RSVP pages, social, and emails for our field marketing team
\n
• Support paid media as needed: campaign updates in Metadata and other tools, and pulling reporting
\n

\n
• 5+ years in B2B marketing, ideally at a SaaS company, with a track record of shipping campaigns end to end
\n
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation (Hubspot or similar) and a CRM (Salesforce preferred)
\n
• Comfortable in WordPress and able to make site updates and publish content 
\n
• Experience managing multiple freelance vendors and keeping multiple projects on schedule
\n
• Strong writing and editing instincts; you can turn a long-form content into a great snackable post and notice when something is off brand
\n
• Familiarity with SEO and AI search optimization
\n
• Organized, detail-oriented, and calm juggling a lot of moving pieces
\n

Nice to have

\n
• Experience with ABM platforms (Folloze or similar), sales intelligence tools (Apollo or similar), or paid media platforms (Metadata, LinkedIn Ads)
\n
• Experience marketing to construction, energy, or other field-based industries
\n
• Basic design skills (Canva, Figma, or Adobe) for social and email assets
\n

You'll have real ownership from day one across the marketing team on a team that will hand you the keys and trust you to run with them. You'll see your work go from idea to live in days, not quarters, and you'll have a direct line of sight into how it moves pipeline. • Compensation range: $100,000-$150,000 annually
\n
