About the Role \n

The Senior Digital Advertising Manager will lead Fire Department Coffee’s retail media strategy and execution, with a primary focus on Walmart Connect and a secondary focus on advertising for our Amazon 1P business. This is a hands-on role responsible for planning and managing campaigns, budgets, and testing across key retail media platforms. The manager will use performance data to improve campaign efficiency, grow sales, and identify new opportunities. Must have Walmart Connect experience to be considered.

• Develop retail media plans and budget recommendations based on business goals, retailer priorities, product performance, and promotional calendars.
\n
• Lead day-to-day strategy and execution in Walmart Connect, our primary retail media channel, whilst aligning with the JBP.
\n
• Manage Amazon Ads for the Amazon 1P Vendor Central business as a secondary area of responsibility.
\n
• Build, launch, monitor, and optimize sponsored search, display, and DSP campaigns, with a focus on Walmart Connect and Amazon.
\n
• Manage supporting retail media activity across Meijer, H-E-B, Criteo, and other relevant channels.
\n
• Monitor campaign pacing, bids, budgets, sales, ROAS, ACOS, TACoS, new-to-brand performance, and other relevant KPIs.
\n
• Make timely in-platform adjustments to budgets, bids, keywords, audiences, targeting, and campaign structure.
\n
• Create regular performance reports that communicate findings, actions taken, and recommendations.
\n
• Develop and run a test-and-learn plan covering campaign structure, bidding, targeting, audiences, and creative where platform tools allow.
\n
• Apply test results and performance trends to improve campaign efficiency and sales over time.
\n
• Coordinate media support for promotions, new product launches, seasonal events, and key retailer programs.
\n
• Work with marketing and creative teams to provide clear briefs and improve assets used in retail media campaigns.

• 8+ years of hands-on retail media or performance marketing experience, preferably with a CPG, food, beverage, or consumer brand.
\n
• Direct Walmart Connect experience is required, including hands-on campaign management and optimization.
\n
• Experience managing advertising for an Amazon 1P Vendor Central business is required; this is a secondary focus of the role.
\n
• Experience building and optimizing sponsored search and display campaigns.
\n
• Experience with DSP or programmatic campaigns.
\n
• Experience managing substantial advertising budgets and making decisions based on performance data.
\n
• Strong analytical skills and working knowledge of ROAS, ACOS, TACoS, incrementality, and retail media measurement.
\n
• Experience with Criteo and other retail media networks is preferred.
\n
• Experience with Meijer and/or H-E-B media platforms is a plus.
\n
• CTV experience is a plus, but not required.
\n

• Walmart Connect campaigns are built, managed, and optimized directly in-platform, with Amazon 1P campaigns managed as a secondary focus.

• Retail media budgets are created, monitored, and updated to support business goals and retailer priorities.
\n
• Campaigns meet agreed ROAS targets, with performance reviewed regularly and adjustments made when results fall short.
\n
• Successful campaigns are scaled thoughtfully to grow sales while maintaining efficient returns.
\n
• Walmart Connect performance improves over time, Amazon 1P performance is managed effectively, and additional retail media channels are supported.
\n
• A practical test-and-learn plan is active, with results guiding ongoing optimization.
\n
• Campaign plans account for promotions, product content, and inventory availability, in coordination with the relevant teams.
\n
• Leadership receives clear, regular updates on budget pacing, performance, risks, and opportunities.
\n
