We're building the new way to run performant, localized ads. This role isn't about slotting into a machine that already runs, it's about helping build it. You'll have a direct hand in shaping how paid media gets managed as the industry shifts toward AI-driven operations, working alongside a great team with real ownership and real influence over where the product and the practice go next.

The role

\n

We're looking for a Paid MediaManager who is a hands-on operator: someone who builds and runs campaigns themselves, brings ideas without being asked, takes full ownership of outcomes, and can hold their own in front of the most sophisticated paid media clients.

\n

\n

This is an IC role, not a people-management role. You'll be in the platform every day, optimizing accounts and presenting results directly to clients, marketers who know paid media well and expect to be educated, not just served. You'll also be one of the people shaping how Lofi's platform evolves, with a front-row seat in transforming the industry.

What you'll do

\n

\n
• Plan, launch, optimize, and scale campaigns hands-on across paid search (Google, Bing), paid social (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.), CTV (MNTN, Hulu, etc.), Digital Audio (Spotify, Pandora, etc.), display/programmatic, retargeting, and CRO.
\n
• Use Lofi's AI-powered platform as leverage, letting automation, predictive modeling, automated bidding, and creative optimization handle the grunt work so you can operate at a higher level across more accounts.
\n
• Translate AI-generated insights and performance data into actionable strategy and clear client recommendations.
\n
• Own client relationships and reporting: build dashboards, present results, and serve as the expert clients trust.
\n
• Manage and allocate budgets across channels based on performance and growth opportunities; forecast and recommend where to scale or reallocate.
\n
• Run A/B tests and experiments across channels, creative, and messaging, and act on KPIs like CAC, ROAS, LTV, and conversion rates.
\n
• Shape the product: feed insights from the front lines back into how the platform works and where it goes next.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years in Paid Media with hands-on, at-scale multi-channel paid media management.
\n
• Deep command of performance marketing, attribution, and analytics.
\n
• Proven ability to manage sophisticated clients and present with authority.
\n
• Proficiency with Google Analytics, ad platforms, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.
\n
• Experience using AI for paid media workflows.
\n

NYC preferred; remote considered for the right person.

\n

\n

Compensation

\n

$130,000–$170,000 annually for NYC-based hires, depending on experience. Compensation for remote hires will be adjusted based on location. Open to contract arrangements.
