The Role

\n

Adspace is hiring an Experienced Paid Media Manager to own hands-on execution and performance across Paid Search and Paid Social for our DTC clients.

\n

\n

This is a fully hands-on, client-facing role for an experienced paid media operator who enjoys being deep in accounts, making decisions from data, and driving measurable growth. You’ll manage and optimize active campaigns, partner closely with clients, and turn paid media into a reliable, scalable acquisition channel.

What You’ll Do

\n

• Own paid media execution for 10–12 DTC client accounts

\n

• Build, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across:

\n

– Meta Ads

\n

– Google Ads

\n

– TikTok Ads

\n

– Amazon Ads (nice to have)

\n

– Pinterest Ads (nice to have)

\n

• Manage budgets, pacing, testing, and optimization day-to-day

\n

• Scale spend efficiently while maintaining or improving CAC and ROAS

\n

• Design and maintain clean account structures and testing frameworks

\n

• Collaborate with creative, CRO, and lifecycle teams to improve performance

\n

• Ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and analytics

\n

• Deliver clear, actionable performance reporting to clients

\n

• Participate in client calls, strategy discussions, and performance reviews

\n

\n

Who Thrives in This Role

\n

• 4–7+ years of paid media experience (agency or in-house)

\n

• Deep hands-on experience running Meta Ads and Google Ads

\n

• Strong background in Ecommerce / DTC paid acquisition

\n

• Personally managed $50k–$250k+/month in ad spend

\n

• Comfortable owning both strategy and in-platform execution

\n

• Data-driven, organized, and accountable for results

\n

• Thrives in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment

Compensation

\n

$70,000 – $85,000 base salary , depending on experience
