As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Paid Media Manager – Amazon & Walmart who can develop, execute, and scale high-performing PPC campaigns across a portfolio of consumer brands.

The Role

\n

The Paid Media Manager will be responsible for owning and scaling advertising performance across Amazon Ads and Walmart Connect, with a strong focus on revenue growth, advertising efficiency, and profitability. This is a hands-on PPC and performance marketing role. We're looking for someone who knows how to build winning advertising strategies, scale successful campaigns, optimize budgets, and consistently deliver measurable results. You will work closely with our marketplace, account management, and operations teams to ensure advertising strategies align with each brand's revenue goals, inventory, promotions, and overall profitability.

The ideal candidate can jump into an advertising account, quickly identify opportunities, implement changes, and develop a clear roadmap for scaling sales while improving ROAS and TACoS.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage Amazon PPC and Walmart Connect advertising campaigns across multiple consumer brands.
\n
• Build, launch, and optimize Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and Walmart advertising campaigns.
\n
• Develop profitable PPC growth strategies to scale marketplace revenue.
\n
• Manage daily campaign optimizations, including bids, budgets, placements, keywords, targeting, and campaign structures.
\n
• Monitor and improve ROAS, ACOS, TACoS, CPC, CTR, conversion rates, and overall advertising profitability.
\n
• Conduct advanced keyword research, competitor analysis, search term mining, and campaign expansion.
\n
• Identify opportunities to increase advertising spend on high-performing products and campaigns.
\n
• Reduce wasted advertising spend while maximizing sales and return on investment.
\n
• Develop PPC strategies for new product launches, Prime Day, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and seasonal promotions.
\n
• Analyze organic rankings, advertising-attributed sales, and total marketplace revenue to identify growth opportunities.
\n
• Utilize advertising platforms and automation tools such as Perpetua, Pacvue, and Amazon Ads Console.
\n
• Work closely with account managers to align PPC strategies with inventory, pricing, promotions, and brand objectives.
\n
• Provide weekly and monthly advertising reports with actionable recommendations.
\n
• Participate in client calls to communicate performance, growth strategies, and next steps.
\n
• Proactively identify opportunities to scale brands rather than simply maintain existing campaigns.
\n
• Stay current on Amazon and Walmart advertising updates, platform changes, and emerging PPC strategies.

What We're Looking For

\n

We're looking for someone with 3–5+ years of hands-on Amazon PPC experience and a proven ability to scale consumer brands through paid advertising.

• Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display

• Advanced keyword research and competitor targeting
\n
• PPC campaign structure, optimization, and scaling
\n
• Bid management, budget allocation, and placement optimization
\n
• ROAS, ACOS, TACoS, CPC, CTR, and conversion rate analysis
\n
• Advertising profitability and marketplace revenue growth
\n
• Amazon product launch and ranking strategies
\n
• Prime Day and seasonal advertising strategies
\n
• Perpetua, Pacvue, Helium 10, or similar advertising platforms
\n
• Managing significant advertising budgets across multiple brands
\n
• Performance reporting, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making
\n

\n

Experience working at an eCommerce agency or managing PPC campaigns for multiple brands simultaneously is strongly preferred.

\n

\n

Experience working with CPG, food & beverage, beauty, wellness, household, supplements, or other consumer brands is a major plus.

\n

\n
