About This Role

\n

The Media Operations Manager runs the day-to-day delivery of digital marketing campaigns, working closely with Digital Strategists to turn media strategy into real campaign execution. This role blends hands-on operational work with growing strategic know-how — making sure campaigns launch accurately, run smoothly, and stay aligned with what clients actually need.

You’ll be a go-to partner across campaign planning, client conversations, creative production, forecasting, and execution — always looking for ways to make the work run better.

What You’ll Own

\n

Campaign Leadership & Client Partnership

\n

\n
• Manage the operational side of assigned client accounts, from onboarding through launch and ongoing optimization
\n
• Work with Digital Strategists on campaign planning, onboarding, asset collection, launch readiness, and changes — bringing a solid grasp of media planning to make sure execution gets done right
\n
• Serve as a trusted client contact for campaign operations — co-lead onboarding calls, coordinate logistics, and answer day-to-day operational questions directly
\n
• Keep communication flowing between strategists, specialized media teams, creative, vendors, and clients
\n

Media Planning & Strategic Support

\n

\n
• Partner directly with Digital Strategists on media planning
\n
• Coordinate recommendations from specialized teams and add operational insight on budgets, timelines, and how plans will actually run
\n
• Make moderate-to-complex updates to media plans and planning docs, keeping everything aligned with strategy
\n
• Support forecasting, opportunity fund management, pacing updates, and budget adjustments throughout each campaign
\n

Campaign Operations

\n

\n
• Own execution across campaign setup, trafficking coordination, launch readiness, creative refreshes, vendor-managed campaigns, landing page production, and tracking implementation
\n
• Keep assets, targeting, tracking, creative, and documentation accurate and aligned with strategy throughout the campaign
\n
• Manage forecasting activities and coordinate launch timelines across several client engagements at once
\n

Operational Excellence

\n

\n
• Spot ways to improve workflows, documentation, communication, and coordination
\n
• Help onboard and mentor Media Operations Associates
\n
• Contribute to process improvements, AI-enabled workflows, and operational best practices for the department
\n

\n

\n

What You Bring

\n

\n
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
\n
• 4–6 years in digital media operations, campaign management, media planning support, or digital marketing
\n
• Agency experience strongly preferred
\n
• Experience supporting media planning, forecasting, and client-facing campaign management preferred
\n
• Strong organizational and project management skills — you can run multiple client engagements at once without dropping the ball
\n
• Clear writer and communicator, comfortable leading discussions with clients and presenting recommendations
\n
• Able to juggle competing priorities without sacrificing quality or missing deadlines
\n
• Solid understanding of digital media planning, budgeting, forecasting, and campaign execution
\n
• Working knowledge of digital advertising platforms, measurement, and campaign implementation
\n
• Comfortable using project management tools, AI-enabled workflows, and other tech to work more efficiently
\n
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for untangling complex campaign logistics
\n

Compensation

\n

The salary range for this role is $65,000–$80,000. Your offer will reflect the experience, skills, and qualifications you bring.
