The Role

This is one of our first core hires and a key seat in the company. Your job is to grow our founder's reach and influence while keeping him focused on coaching, content, and the stage. You'll book speaking engagements, build partnerships, manage his personal brand on social media, and handle the operational details that keep everything moving. The big picture: helping build him into a leading voice on health, performance, and reinvention for a new generation of men. What You'll Do

\n

\n

Founder social media and brand building

\n

\n
• Manage the founder's personal social accounts, including scheduling, posting, captions, and community engagement
\n
• Turn his coaching, speaking, and day-to-day life into content that's authentic, useful, and consistent
\n
• Track what's working and help shape a long-term strategy to grow his audience and influence
\n

\n

\n

Outreach and partnerships

\n

\n
• Research and reach out to podcasts, events, companies, and communities that fit our audience
\n
• Build and negotiate partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations that lead to referrals, media appearances, and new client opportunities
\n

\n

\n

Speaking gig sales

\n

\n
• Pitch our founder as a keynote and workshop speaker to conferences, corporate wellness programs, founder groups, and associations
\n
• Negotiate speaking fees and terms, and manage the pipeline from first outreach to booked and confirmed
\n
• Prepare speaker materials, one-pagers, and event logistics
\n

Executive support

\n

\n
• Manage the founder's calendar, inbox triage, and scheduling
\n
• Coordinate with our contractors and keep projects moving
\n
• Handle the details that free the founder up to do his best work
\n

\n

\n

What You Must Have

\n

\n
• Demonstrated social media growth, whether for a personal brand, creator, or company account. Please share examples and results when you apply.
\n
• A deep understanding of the health, wellness, personal development, and coaching space, including the voices, platforms, events, and trends that shape it
\n
• Proven experience negotiating deals, such as speaking fees, partnerships, sponsorships, or brand collaborations
\n
• Confidence reaching out to people you don't know yet and turning those conversations into opportunities
\n
• Strong organization and follow-through
\n
• A creative eye for content that feels real rather than polished and generic
\n
• The drive to thrive in a fast-moving, early-stage environment
\n

Nice to Have

• Experience booking speakers, events, or podcast guests
\n
• An existing network in the wellness, coaching, or speaking world
\n
• Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Calendly, Notion, or social scheduling platforms
\n

Compensation

\n

[$60K], plus commission on speaking engagements booked and partnership revenue.
