You must be completely comfortable communicating professionally in Spanish without relying on translation software.

\n

If you are not fluent in both spoken and written Spanish, this position is probably not the right fit.

OUR TEAM

\n

You won't be starting from scratch.

\n

\n

We already have a dedicated team that supports every stage of the mortgage process, including lead management, pre-qualification, processing, borrower communication, and transaction coordination.

\n

\n

Your role is not to replace the team.

\n

\n

Your role is to lead the daily operation, develop our people, improve our systems, remove bottlenecks, and help our team perform at the highest level.

\n

\n

You'll work directly with Branch Manager Ivan Acosta, partnering on strategy, AI implementation, automation, recruiting, and business growth while gradually taking ownership of the day-to-day operation.

\n

\n

THIS IS A CAREER OPPORTUNITY, NOT JUST A JOB

We're looking for someone who wants to become the operational leader of a growing mortgage business.

\n

\n

For the first 6–12 months, you'll work side-by-side with our existing team, learning every aspect of our operation while gradually taking ownership of the day-to-day leadership of the business.

\n

\n

You won't be sitting behind a desk managing people from day one.

\n

\n

You'll be leading by example.

\n

\n

That means, when needed, you'll jump in wherever the business needs you.

\n

\n

This includes:

\n

\n

• Structuring Conventional, FHA, and VA mortgage loans.
\n • Calling borrowers to explain the loan process, answer questions, and guide them through each step.
\n • Communicating with Realtors to provide updates, solve problems, strengthen relationships, and help keep transactions moving.
\n • Helping team members with challenging files and complex scenarios.
\n • Monitoring the pipeline to ensure every loan continues moving forward.
\n • Identifying bottlenecks and solving problems before they impact the client experience.
\n • Coaching and supporting our existing team.
\n • Continuing to improve our systems, automation, AI, and operational processes.

As we continue to grow, your role will naturally evolve from being heavily involved in the daily operation to leading the operation, developing people, improving systems, and helping build a larger organization.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

\n

\n

Mortgage Experience

\n

\n

We're looking for someone who can independently structure and manage mortgage loans.

\n

\n

Experience with:

\n

\n

• Conventional
\n • FHA
\n • VA

\n

\n

ITIN mortgage experience is a plus, but not required.

\n

\n
