Role Description The Lead Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Columbus, OH. This position oversees day-to-day operations, including scheduling, workflow management, resource allocation, and coordination between writing, editing, and administrative teams. The Lead Operations Manager monitors service quality, tracks operational metrics, and implements process improvements to support efficiency and client satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing vendor relationships, maintaining documentation, supporting budgeting and forecasting, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations. The role also involves coaching staff, facilitating cross-functional communication, and supporting leadership with planning and strategic initiatives.\n
