Resident360 is the leading full-service multifamily marketing partner, helping portfolios and developers nationwide with branding, websites, SEO, paid media, and visualization. We’re actively growing and looking for a Senior Marketing Strategist with a strong emphasis on digital.

NOTE: You "MUST HAVE" experience in multifamily, either working for a company or at an agency.

As a Senior Marketing Strategist, you will serve as a strategic partner and primary point of contact for assigned clients. You will be responsible for building strong client relationships, leading communication, managing projects across multiple service areas, and ensuring Resident360 consistently delivers high-quality, results-driven work.

This role requires strong digital marketing acumen and website fluency — you should be comfortable evaluating website performance and user experience, interpreting digital advertising and SEO metrics, and speaking knowledgeably with clients about their site and digital presence as part of the broader marketing strategy. You will translate that expertise into clear, confident guidance for clients and into well-scoped direction for Resident360's internal teams.

This is a highly collaborative, client-facing role that requires strong leadership, organization, strategic thinking, and the ability to confidently guide both clients and internal teams. You will work closely with Resident360's creative, digital marketing, website, visualization, and leadership teams to ensure projects remain aligned, on schedule, and focused on client goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, providing clear, proactive, and professional communication.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by developing a deep understanding of each client's goals, challenges, portfolio, and marketing needs.
\n
• Lead client meetings, project kickoffs, strategy discussions, and recurring check-ins, including preparing agendas, documenting key takeaways, and driving follow-up actions.
\n
• Manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously from kickoff through completion, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and expectations remain on track.
\n
• Translate client agreements, goals, and requests into clear internal briefs, timelines, responsibilities, and action items.
\n
• Serve as the bridge between clients and Resident360's creative, digital marketing, website, and visualization teams to ensure clear communication and alignment.
\n
• Ensure all client-facing work is accurate, strategic, on-brand, and consistent with Resident360's high standards.
\n
• Proactively bring ideas, recommendations, best practices, and new opportunities to clients rather than simply reacting to requests.
\n
• Develop a strong understanding of each client's digital marketing performance and help communicate results, insights, and opportunities in a clear and meaningful way.
\n
• Anticipate client needs, identify potential issues early, and proactively develop solutions before problems escalate.
\n
• Partner with the VP of Sales and leadership team to identify opportunities to expand Resident360's services within existing client portfolios.
\n
• Confidently introduce and recommend additional Resident360 services when they align with the client's goals and business needs.
\n
• Mentor and support junior marketing team members while helping strengthen Resident360's overall client service standards and processes.
\n
• Participate in client meetings, industry events, conferences, and other business-related functions as needed.

Who You Are:

\n
• 3+ Years Experience as an Account Manager or Client Facing Role
\n
• Experience in digital marketing for multifamily properties or real estate
\n
• Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies
\n
• Experience in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads
\n
• Experience in Apartment Websites
\n
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
\n
• Adept at working in cross-functional teams
\n
• Experience with Hubspot is a plus
