High Ticket Solutions (HTS) is a done-for-you sales and marketing agency for high-ticket coaching, consulting, education, and service-based offers. We fund the ad spend, build the marketing, close the leads, and get paid on the back end when our partners make money. That means we only win when the marketing works.

We're looking for an experienced Performance Marketer to help develop, launch, optimize, and scale our partner offers.

\n

We are not looking for someone who only knows how to launch ads, manage tasks, or repeat generic marketing strategies.

\n

We're looking for someone who understands the complete direct-response ecosystem — market research, positioning, offers, messaging, funnels, creative strategy, lead quality, sales performance, and conversion — and can bring all of those pieces together to produce measurable results.

This is a performance-based position. Your success is measured by the quality of the opportunities you create and the revenue your marketing produces — not by the number of tasks you complete.

What You'll Work On

\n

You will help lead marketing strategy and execution across multiple high-ticket partner offers.

\n

Your responsibilities may include:

\n

\n
• Conducting market, customer, competitor, and offer research
\n
• Positioning high-ticket offers clearly and competitively
\n
• Developing marketing strategies for new partner launches
\n
• Identifying target audiences, customer avatars, pain points, and buying motivations
\n
• Developing campaign angles, hooks, concepts, and creative directions
\n
• Briefing copywriters, designers, video editors, funnel builders, and media buyers
\n
• Reviewing VSLs, ads, landing pages, funnels, and follow-up campaigns before they go live
\n
• Ensuring consistency between ads, funnels, sales messaging, and the actual offer
\n
• Building launch plans and testing priorities
\n
• Monitoring marketing and funnel performance daily
\n
• Identifying bottlenecks across lead generation, applications, bookings, show rates, and sales
\n
• Using performance data and sales-call feedback to improve campaigns
\n
• Working with founders to uncover stronger proof, positioning, stories, and marketing opportunities
\n
• Presenting new ideas and recommendations to HTS leadership
\n
• Maintaining clear timelines, priorities, updates, and accountability across projects
\n

\n

You'll work alongside HTS's copywriting, media buying, funnel, creative, video, sales, systems, and operations teams.

This is not a position where success is measured by impressions, clicks, or leads alone.

Depending on the offer, performance may be evaluated using metrics such as:

A low cost per lead means very little if the leads are unqualified, don't attend their calls, or don't convert into revenue. If you've only ever been judged on front-end metrics, this role will be a different experience.

How Compensation Works

\n

HTS operates on a performance model with our partners, and this role mirrors that.

\n

Compensation is tied directly to the results of the offers you manage — a share of the revenue or profit generated from the campaigns you lead. As partner offers scale, your earnings scale with them.

\n

We will discuss the exact structure with candidates who advance through the process. If you are looking for a fixed salary with no connection to results, this is not the right fit. If you are confident in your ability to make marketing produce revenue and want to be paid accordingly, this is built for you.

You should have proven experience marketing offers that have generated measurable revenue.

• Media buying fundamentals (Meta, YouTube, and similar platforms)

3. Results / proof

Whenever possible, show evidence of performance: revenue generated, ad spend managed, ROAS, cost per booked call, show rates, close rates, before/after metrics, screenshots, or references.

4. Answer these questions

We're asking these because we care just as much about how you think as what you've done.

Question 1 — Diagnosis A high-ticket offer is generating leads at a cost you're happy with, but only 20% of booked calls show up, and the sales team says most of the people who do show up can't afford the offer. Walk us through how you would diagnose the problem and what you would change first — and why.

Question 2 — Launch A founder hands you a new high-ticket offer with a strong track record but no existing marketing. Outline the process you would follow from day one to first sale. What do you need from the founder, what do you build first, and how do you decide what to test?

Question 3 — Judgment Describe a time a campaign underperformed and it was your call. What did you get wrong, how did you find out, and what did you do about it?
