What You'll Do

\n

\n
• Develop new business opportunities for international ocean and air freight services.
\n
• Build long term relationships with importers, exporters, manufacturers, distributors, retailers, and other supply chain customers.
\n
• Identify customer needs and design customized logistics solutions.
\n
• Prepare competitive proposals and negotiate service agreements.
\n
• Work closely with Pricing, Product Management, Operations, and Customer Success teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
\n
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and accurately forecast business opportunities.
\n
• Stay informed of market trends, carrier developments, and industry changes.
\n
• Consistently achieve or exceed sales goals.
\n

What We're Looking For

\n

\n
• Proven business development experience within freight forwarding, NVOCC, or international logistics.
\n
• Demonstrated success selling Ocean Freight, Air Freight, or integrated supply chain solutions.
\n
• Strong network within import/export or transportation industries.
\n
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
\n
• Self motivated with the ability to manage your own territory.
\n
• Experience using CRM systems is preferred.
\n
• Bachelor's degree is a plus but not required.
\n
