Job Title: Commercial Sales Executive – Transportation Brokerage

Location: Remote or In-Person (Headquarters are in Janesville, WI)

Full-Time | Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

\n

\n

The Company is looking for an experienced salesperson who knows how to hunt for new business and wants the opportunity to build something.

\n

\n

This is a 100% sales-focused role . You will spend your time finding customers, building relationships, and bringing freight to The Company. You will not be booking trucks, tracking loads, or managing the day-to-day operations of the freight you sell. The Company already has a team for that.

\n

\n

What You'll Be Doing:

\n

\n
• Prospecting and developing new shipper relationships
\n
• Making calls, sending emails, networking, and finding creative ways to get in front of decision makers
\n
• Building and managing your own sales pipeline
\n
• Learning a prospect’s freight network and identifying where The Company can add value
\n
• Working with the internal team on pricing and transportation solutions
\n
• Turning new opportunities into consistent, long-term customers
\n
• Growing existing relationships by finding additional lanes and opportunities
\n
• Keeping your pipeline and sales activity organized and current
\n

Who We're Looking For:

We want someone who genuinely enjoys the hunt.

\n

\n

You’re comfortable picking up the phone, starting conversations from scratch, following up when you don’t get an answer, and staying after an opportunity until you know whether there’s business to win.

\n

\n

Transportation or freight brokerage sales experience is strongly preferred. More importantly, you need to have a track record of developing new business rather than relying on inbound leads or an established account list.

\n

\n

You’ll probably fit well at The Company if you’re competitive, self-motivated, accountable, good with people, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
