Key Responsibilities

• Build and launch outbound strategies to engage decision makers at major capital owner organizations
\n
• Qualify inbound leads and convert them into fully vetted sales opportunities for Account Executives
\n
• Become an expert on Aurigo’s platform and confidently articulate our value to executives and senior stakeholders
\n
• Collaborate closely with sales and marketing to refine messaging, targeting, and campaign direction we scale
\n
• Maintain accurate activity records in Salesforce and manage your pipeline with discipline and ownership
\n
• Work directly with sales leadership to shape target account lists, outreach strategy, and long-term penetration plans
\n

What We’re Looking For

\n
• 5+ years of business development experience in enterprise SaaS
\n
• Demonstrated success breaking into large, complex organizations through outbound efforts
\n
• Experience in construction, engineering, capital projects, real estate development, or similar industries is a strong plus
\n
• Strong communication skills and confidence engaging executive-level prospects
\n
• Ambitious, self-motivated, and energized by building something new
\n
• Proficiency with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Microsoft Office, Zoom/Teams, etc.
\n
• Ability to travel to trade shows and industry events (up to 25%)
\n
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
\n
