Sales Development Representative (SDR) Full Time

\n \nAt Paramount Home Solutions , we help homeowners protect their biggest investment — their home. As a Sales Development Representative , you’ll be the first voice they hear, offering free roof inspections that can save them thousands and give them peace of mind.
\n \nWhat You'll Do:
\n- \n
- Call local homeowners to introduce our free roof inspection service \n
- Educate them on common issues (aging roofs, storm damage, leaks, etc.) \n
- Schedule in-home appointments for our roofing consultants \n
- Track conversations and leads in our CRM system \n
What We're Looking For:
\n- \n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills \n
- Confident on the phone and goal-driven \n
- A team player who’s eager to learn and grow \n
- Sales or customer service experience is a bonus—but not required \n
