Senior Sales Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a relentless, self-driven Senior Sales Executive to drive new business growth for our AI Services & Solutions. You will own the entire sales lifecycle—from prospecting and qualifying leads to running discovery, negotiating complex enterprise deals, and closing high-value accounts.

We need a hunter who leaves no stone unturned, relentlessly follows up, maximizes deal size, and takes complete accountability for their pipeline while collaborating closely with our technical and delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Deal Ownership: Lead complex sales cycles from initial outreach to contract execution. Track every stage diligently, remove friction, and proactively pull deals across the finish line.

• Lead Generation & Qualification: Independently source, research, and engage ideal prospects using modern outbound tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay, etc.). Evaluate and score leads against strict qualification criteria.

• Deal Optimization & Closing: Maximize revenue potential on every opportunity by deeply understanding client pain points and positioning our full suite of AI capabilities. Pursue every legitimate lead to its fullest value.

• Pipeline Management & Accountability: Rigorously track pipeline status, maintaining accurate CRM data and clear revenue forecasting without needing hand-holding.

• Dual-Channel Lead Management (Outbound & Inbound): Own the lead lifecycle across all acquisition channels. Build and execute your own targeted outbound campaigns while rapidly qualifying, processing, and closing inbound leads or opportunities generated by external sources/marketing.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a dedicated team player, partnering with the Director of AI, ML Engineers, Delivery Manager to craft winning proposals and deliver exceptional client outcomes.

Requirements

• Proven Sales Track record: 8+ years of experience selling high-ticket IT services, software, or technology consultancies (preferably in AI/ML, Data Engineering, or Custom Software ).

• Own Network: Existing network of relevant enterprise/AI decision makers is a strong advantage.
\n
• Enterprise Value Maximization: Drive deal size and account potential through a consultative, trust-building sales approach. Deeply analyze client pain points to position the full scope of our AI capabilities, ensuring maximum mutual value and long-term partnership on every opportunity.

• Modern Lead Sourcing Skills: Deep familiarity with modern outbound tools, cold outreach methodologies, and lead evaluation frameworks.
