• Take customer orders accurately using POS systems, process cash transactions, and manage retail sales transactions with precision.
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales through friendly recommendations.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace by, sanitizing surfaces, and ensuring proper food handling procedures are followed.
• Manage customer interactions with excellent service skills, addressing questions, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit.
• Operate cash registers smoothly, process cash and card payments, and handle cash handling responsibilities responsibly.
• Support food safety management practices by following sanitation protocols and ensuring compliance with health regulations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurants is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key!
• Demonstrated ability in food preparation, food handling, and operating kitchen equipment.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods.
• Experience with POS systems is a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and clear communication.
• Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately and managing retail math tasks.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Prior restaurant experience or background in the food industry is highly desirable.
