Job Summary:

As a LVN Nurse (Charge) at Avir at Groveton, you will play a vital role in leading our nursing team and ensuring the highest level of patient care. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective care plans, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.

• Manage and coordinate patient flow, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing delays.

• Monitor and report on patient outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the advancement of nursing practice and patient care.

Requirements:

• Currently licensed as a LVN Nurse in the State of Texas.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a hospital setting, with a focus on medical-surgical or critical care.

• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

• Ability to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends.

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on patient safety and quality care.
