• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed nurse, including vital sign checks, wound care, and bedside care

• Support residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Monitor and report any changes in resident condition to the nursing team

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and progress

Requirements:

• Active CNA certification in the state of Texas

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to lift and move residents as needed
