To lead the way in health care in South Los Angeles, as the premier provider and employer of choice offering comprehensive, high quality, affordable, efficient, and culturally responsive services.DETAILS:- Manages the care of patients in collaboration with other health professionals and members of the health care team to have an effective integration and coordination of the clinical department- Prescribes or administers treatment, therapy, medication, vaccination, and other specialized medical care to treat or prevent illness, disease, or injury- Weekday schedule with only 1 Saturday schedule a month- 11 clinics across Southern Los Angeles - Bilingual Spanish/English preferred- Experience in community health settings preferred- EMR = NextGen
