DETAILS: - Manages the care of patients in collaboration with other health professionals and members of the health care team to have an effective integration and coordination of the clinical department - Prescribes or administers treatment, therapy, medication, vaccination, and other specialized medical care to treat or prevent illness, disease, or injury - Weekday schedule with only 1 Saturday schedule a month - 11 clinics across Southern Los Angeles - Bilingual Spanish/English preferred - Experience in community health settings preferred - EMR = NextGen
