Transition Specialist

The Transition Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the successful onboarding of newly acquired advisory practices and the seamless transition of client accounts and assets to Silverleaf Wealth Management. Working under the direction of the Lead Transition Specialist, this position is responsible for coordinating account openings, asset transfers, documentation, and operational workflows while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and an exceptional experience for advisors and clients throughout the transition process. Key Responsibilities Process new account openings, account maintenance requests, and related documentation with custodians, including LPL Financial and Charles Schwab Advisor Services. Coordinate and process ACATs, asset transfers, account funding, and other account servicing requests. Review client paperwork for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory and firm requirements. Maintain accurate documentation and update client records, tasks, and activities within Wealthbox CRM. Communicate professionally with advisors, custodians, clients, and internal departments to gather required information and resolve operational issues. Follow established transition procedures, workflows, and service standards to ensure efficient execution of onboarding activities. Monitor transition timelines and provide timely status updates to advisors, leadership, and internal stakeholders. Maintain detailed records of all transition activities to support compliance and operational reporting. Deliver a high level of customer service while helping advisors and clients navigate the transition process. Identify opportunities to improve workflows and contribute to process enhancement initiatives. Assist with special projects and additional operational responsibilities as assigned. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy. Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word. Experience with Wealthbox CRM or similar CRM platforms preferred. Ability to learn new systems and adapt to changing business needs. Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive client information appropriately.
