Description CRNA opportunity for a night float position with 7 nights on 7 nights off schedule in Austin, TX where we have 300 days of sunshine a year! Austin Anesthesiology Group (AAG) offers a flexible schedule in various surgical settings. Our practice covers the full range of specialties including general inpatient and outpatient cases, trauma, OB, neuro, EP and more. CRNAs do their own spinals; as well as epidurals and arterial lines on a case-by-case basis. Requirements Responsibilities Pre-anesthesia assessment Obtains and/or verifies patient consent Discuss anesthetic options and risks with the patient Induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition Performance of clinical intervention as needed Requirements Current license as a registered professional nurse Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists Lifestyle Austin, TX: Austin is the 11th-largest city in the country and has been ranked as the best place to live in Texas!
