Production Welder Mig

Cardinal Staffing is hiring Production MIG Welders for a manufacturing facility in Holly, MI. We're looking for candidates who will be responsible for the fabrication of heavy-duty industrial shipping racks. Pay: $21.20 Shift: Monday – Friday 7 am – 4:30pm plus occasional overtime Job Description Perform MIG welding on various metal components and assemblies Read and interpret basic blueprints, drawings, and welding specifications Set up and operate welding equipment and related tools Inspect finished welds for quality, accuracy, and consistency Measure and position materials according to specifications Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines Meet production and quality standards Perform other welding and fabrication duties as needed Qualifications Previous MIG welding experience required Ability to read and understand basic blueprints or welding drawings Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to use basic measuring tools Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work for extended periods Reliable attendance and dependable work habits Ability to work independently and as part of a team About Cardinal Staffing Services At Cardinal Staffing, a Surestaff Company, we are dedicated to helping individuals unlock their career potential through meaningful job opportunities.
