About Opportunity

Purple Drive Technologies is seeking an experienced US workforce and client services leader to lead and grow a diverse portfolio of workforce solutions across non-IT, plant hiring, engineering, datacenter, and technology requirements.

This is a high-ownership leadership position focused on client relationships, workforce planning, high-volume fulfillment, revenue, profitability, and business growth .

What You’ll Own

• End-to-end ownership of assigned US workforce solutions business
• Direct-client, MSP, VMS, and hiring-manager relationships
• Workforce planning and demand forecasting
• High-volume blue-collar and operational hiring programs
• Engineering, datacenter, technical, and IT workforce requirements
• Recruiting and delivery performance
• Revenue, gross margin, forecasting, and profitability
• Client retention and account expansion
• New opportunities within existing accounts
• Local client and hiring-manager engagement
• MSP/VMS program management and operational compliance
• Rate negotiations and commercial discussions
• Leadership of recruiting, delivery, onboarding, and operations teams
• Fulfillment, quality, time-to-fill, retention, and service-level performance
• Development of scalable workforce and delivery processes
• Expansion into broader IT and non-IT business opportunities

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience in staffing, workforce solutions, consulting, professional services, or related industries
• Proven experience managing direct clients and/or MSP programs
• Experience with high-volume workforce programs
• Strong understanding of blue-collar, engineering, technical, or data-center staffing
• Demonstrated revenue and margin ownership
• Strong client and hiring-manager relationship skills
• Excellent commercial and negotiation capabilities
• Experience leading recruiting and delivery teams
• Strong operational and workforce-planning capabilities
• Ability to work closely with local US clients and stakeholders
• Entrepreneurial mindset and strong business ownership
• Ability to eventually manage both IT and non-IT business
