Responsibilities

• Assist Property Manager with all responsibilities Handle administrative tasks and maintain vendor relationships for all activities related to physical operation of the property. 
• Assist in managing the property’s financial activities including the Annual Business Plan, Operating Budget, and monthly reports Support leasing initiatives for current and prospective tenants 
• Ensure the property is well maintained and aesthetically pleasing 
• Assist with monitoring tenant and Landlord construction 
• Maintain Tenant and Vendor Insurance Certificates 
• Assist with communication with contractors and vendors; accounts payable; Tenant specific invoicing and billbacks. 
• Assist with special projects; Certified letter mail-outs and other correspondence; management of tenant correspondence; letter drafting and electronic correspondence with all tenants communicate with security teams on site 
• Assist with Accounts Receivable, rent collections and other Tenant communication 
• Assist with electronic filing; 
• Assist with tracking utilities, maintain spreadsheets. Have knowledge of most Microsoft applications: Word, Excel also experience with Google Earth, Yardi not required but helpful

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution with focus on business administration or real estate preferred; high school diploma required 
• At least 2 years work experience in the industry preferred 
• Proficient in Microsoft software 
• Passion for working with people and leading with a servants heart 
• High degree of emotional intelligence with proven ability to think creatively in all job responsibilities 
• Solution-oriented with strong organizational, analytical and project management skills 
• Maintain composure and professionalism at all times 
• Eager to be part of a fast paced and dynamic environment Thrive in an environment where every day is different 
• Perform physical property inspections which may include climbing stairs or getting on the roof 
• Be accessible for after hour emergencies from time to time 
• Maintain the capacity to adapt to change with confidence
