The facility operates with an average length of stay of 6 months and maintains a collaborative care team approach to treatment delivery. About the Clinician's WorkdayThe psychiatric NP will provide psychiatric care for adult patients with substance use disorders, failure to thrive, and severe depression in a hybrid work environment. The position requires a total of 20 hours per month, with one 8-hour day required on-site monthly and the remaining 12 hours completed remotely. Responsibilities include conducting monthly in-person patient visits for comprehensive medication reviews and treatment plan assessments. The clinician will collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure continuity of care and optimal patient outcomes.
