Overview Realizar el seguimiento y control de la ejecución de los presupuestos y la facturación correspondiente, siguiendo los procesos administrativos. Responsibilities Control de PO entre cliente vs presupuesto aprobados. Soporte para procesos financieros (facturación, provisiones, fechas de cierre) Realizar conciliación financiera para cierres mensuales y de año fiscal. Llevar un seguimiento del cierre de ordenes en Advertmind de todos los clientes. Trabajar información en base de datos en Excel. Qualifications Educación Profesionales de las carreras de: Administración, Finanzas, Economía, Ingeniería de Sistemas o carreras afines. Conocimientos MS Office Excel/PowerPoint a nivel intermedio. Experiencia de 6 meses en agencia (Deseable). Experiencia 1 a 2 años de experiencia en puesto similares administrativos relacionados con control y seguimiento a procesos de facturación. Habilidades Organizado. Responsable. Facilidad de comunicarse con claridad. Proactiva. Additional Information Disponibilidad para trabajar presencial o híbrido, dependiendo de lo que indique el jefe.
