Empresa peruana con más de 20 años de experiencia realizando Servicios de Recolección y Transporte de residuos para su disposición final, comercialización de residuos aprovechables y residuos valorizados, actualmente buscamos de un ASISTENTE DE RECURSOS HUMANOS . Funciones Principales Levantar perfiles de puesto en coordinación con líderes de área. Publicar y difundir vacantes en diferentes portales de empleo. Realizar búsqueda activa de candidatos. Filtrar y evaluar CVs según los requisitos del puesto. Realizar entrevistas telefónicas, virtuales y presenciales. Coordinar entrevistas con las áreas solicitantes. Gestionar propuestas laborales y negociación con candidatos. Realizar seguimiento durante el proceso de selección. Requisitos Bachiller o titulado(a) en Psicología, Administración, Recursos Humanos o carreras afines. Experiencia mínima de 1 año en reclutamiento y selección. Manejo de bolsas de trabajo y redes profesionales. Conocimiento en entrevistas por competencias. Buen nivel de comunicación y organización. Ofrecemos Ingreso a planilla con beneficios de ley.
